How do credits work?
Credits are your currency for generating content. Text drafts cost 1 credit, images cost 25 credits, AI Cinema clips cost 500 credits, AI Director videos cost 300 credits to generate plus 10 (1080p) or 15 (4K) credits per render. Subscription credits reset monthly, while purchased credits never expire.
What happens when I run out of credits?
An in-app banner appears when your balance drops below 20%, 10%, and 5% of your monthly credits, with a one-click link to top up. You can buy a credit pack anytime — on any plan, including Free — or upgrade to a higher plan for more monthly credits.
Can I buy credit packs without a subscription?
Yes. Top-up packs work on any plan, including Free, and purchased credits never expire. Packs add credits only — watermark-free renders, multiple campaigns, Competitor Analysis, and higher contact limits still require a paid plan.
Do unused credits roll over?
Monthly subscription credits reset at the start of each billing cycle. However, purchased credits never expire and carry forward indefinitely.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes! All plans can be canceled anytime. You'll retain access to your plan features until the end of your current billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and debit cards through our secure payment processor, Stripe.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
